Taxi
Of all of Rotterdam's train stations, Rotterdam Blaak is closest to the Struisenburgstraat. A taxi will take you to EURIB in about five to ten minutes.
Tram from Rotterdam Central Station or Rotterdam Blaak
Take tram line 21 in the direction De Esch and check in with the OV-chipcard. The tram will take you to the Honingerdijk, passing the Oostplein. Get off at the Avenue Concordia stop. Now walk 150 metres in the same direction as the tram, which will take you to the Struisenburgstraat on your right. EURIB is on your left-hand side at number 40 (yellow brick building).
Metro
Take the A or B line (which can also be accessed at the Rotterdam Alexander train station) and get off at Voorschoterlaan. From there it is an 8-minute walk to the Struisenburgstraat. Take the Voorschoterlaan exit from the metro station (the other exit is on the Vredehofstraat). When exiting the metro station at the Voorschoterlaan side, turn right. When you get to the end of the Voorschoterlaan (approx. 600 metres), go left onto the Oostzeedijk Beneden. Walk past the T-junction with the Avenue Concordia, after which you will see a path up to the Oostzeedijk on your right (opposite the Waterloostraat). When you get to the top of that path, turn left past the tram stop; after about 50 metres you will find the Struisenburgstraat on your right. EURIB is located in this street on your left-hand side at number 40 (yellow brick building).
