In-company training solutions flourish when the partnership between the client and EURIB reaches optimum levels of effectiveness. This partnership starts off with an intake that takes stock of your wishes and conditions regarding the required in-company training. Based on your wishes, we will draft a plan for your in-company training. This draft will cover the following issues: content, feedback of issues raised, targeted training objectives and results, didactical concept, approach and time span of training sessions, and required study material and facilities. Clients can choose, depending on their budget, to have in-company training at an external location or internally. We will subsequently initiate a second meeting to discuss and further tweak the draft concept for the in-company training program. After final approval of the plan, EURIB will develop the agreed-upon program.
