Internal branding

To be able to build a strong brand it is necessary that all employees that work with it support the brand completely. Both in product brands and service brands, employees can make or break the brand. Within brand management, internal branding is directed at the brand commitment of employees. 

For this EURIB has developed two monitors: one which focuses on the leadership style and shows if employees are being motivated to behave according to the ‘spirit of the brand’ and another which focuses on employee commitment.

The monitor on leadership style gives insight into how and if a manager is able to manage the employees with inspiration. The monitor on commitment shows how employees can be motivated and how they can become true ‘brand advocates’.
