Brand orientation (brand leadership)
Brand management is a hot topic in al lot of organizations. It seems though, that brand management is not always implemented correctly. Internal factors often play a big role in this. For example, an organization has not put enough thought into the development of the brand portfolio, or the organization is too much product oriented.
